Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find a property within my budget?

Finding a Property

At Estate Advisors Group, we feel the best way to find a property within your budget is to hire a real estate agent to help you with your search.  Agents are required to be experts in their practice area, and have specific knowledge that will help you with your transaction.  As professionals, they will guide you through the transaction process.

How do I find a real estate agent to help me?

Finding an Agent

At Estate Advisors Group, finding an agent is as easy as calling or sending us a note!  We want to learn more about your needs, and how we can help you reach your goals.  If you are looking for a professional to assist you with your real estate transaction, please contact us.

Do I need an agent to buy, sell, or lease a property?

Do I need an agent?

No, but we recommend it!  Most people are not involved in real estate negotiations and transactions daily.  You should trust a knowledgable source when considering a business or personal move.

  • If you are a seasoned buyer, seller, or tenant, then you may feel confident in your ability to successfully conduct your real estate transaction however, we still recommend having representation.  Having a reliable source of information is critical, even for the most seasoned owner.
  • If you are new to the real estate transaction process, we recommend engaging an agent.  As your fiduciary, an agent is bound to protect your interests, and a professional agent will help you navigate the often complex nature of real estate transactions.  There are critical dates, and contractual procedures that must be followed to limit your exposure as a party to the transaction.  Without a professional guide, you could inadvertently open yourself to unnecessary litigation.
